Suggested use levels are starting ranges and are not validated specifications. Actual performance depends on the oil composition, emulsifier grade, electrolyte level, processing temperature, shear, droplet size, viscosity, order of addition, and interfacial-film strength.

For a W/O/W emulsion, first optimize the primary W/O emulsion. Then use a separate O/W emulsifier and external aqueous-phase stabilizer. Osmotic balance between the internal and external water phases is critical.
