Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected service level.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at returns@diy-cosmetics.com within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos (for damaged items) and your order number
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
- Unused and unopened items in original packaging
- Defective products
Opened Item Exception (Defective Products Only)
Opened ingredients may be eligible for return only if they are defective, including:
- Rancid or off-odor oils
- Unexpected discoloration
- Abnormal texture or instability
To process these requests, we may ask for:
- Product photos
- Batch or lot number (if available)
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or altered products
- Custom or personalized kits
- Products affected by improper storage or handling
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To start a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization before sending your item
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments

These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.
